Ahaan Panday’s Saiyaara Smashes ₹500 Cr Worldwide: Actor Wins Hearts with Humble Mumbai Appearance

Saiyaara, starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, crosses ₹500 crore globally; Ahaan makes first Mumbai appearance post-success

Yash Raj Films' latest blockbuster Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri, has officially crossed the ₹500 crore mark at the global box office. Featuring debutant Ahaan Panday and co-star Aneet Padda, the film has emerged as one of the biggest hits of 2025.

Following the film’s phenomenal success, Ahaan Panday was seen in Mumbai for the first time. The actor was recently in Singapore for a celebratory event along with Aneet and the rest of the cast.

On Tuesday night, Ahaan was spotted walking the streets of Mumbai. Multiple videos circulating online show the actor being surrounded by enthusiastic fans and paparazzi. Dressed casually in a blue hoodie, jeans, and a face mask, Ahaan tried to keep a low profile.

In one of the clips, the paparazzi asked Ahaan to remove his mask for photos. While he initially declined politely, he eventually posed for pictures. Responding to a photographer who requested a mask-free shot, Ahaan said, “Aap selfie le lo phone mein (please take a selfie on your phone).” When a fan praised the movie, Ahaan responded with a heartfelt gesture, placing his hand on his chest.

He also happily took selfies with fans before heading off. Video Video

Others praised his debut performance: “He’s meant for the big screen,” one wrote. Another fan said, “He acted so well in just one film. It was so emotional and touched so many. He’s the new heartthrob—so humble for his age. God bless you, child. Looking forward to more movies.”

Saiyaara also features Geeta Agrawal, Rajesh Kumar, Varun Badola, Shaad Randhawa, Sid Makkar, and Alam Khan in supporting roles.

According to YRF, the film has earned ₹507 crore globally in just 18 days, becoming the second Indian film in 2025 to surpass the ₹500 crore milestone—after Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava.
