Dough: 1 cup maida, 2 tbsp ghee, water as needed
Stuffing: 1 cup shredded coconut, 1 cup grated khoya, ¾ cup jaggery powder, ½ tsp elaichi powder, chopped almonds, cashews, and kishmish
For Brushing: 2 tbsp oil
Method: Mix maida and ghee into a soft dough; cover for 15 mins, then knead again.
Divide into balls, roll into circles, and use a Gujiya mold to stuff and seal each dumpling.
