Manu Bhaker Delights Amitabh Bachchan by Reciting His Dialogue from Mohabbatein on KBC; Fans Wonder About Her Acting Debut
Olympic medalists Manu Bhaker and Aman Sehrawat will soon appear on a special episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 titled ‘Jeet Ka Jashn.’ In a recently released promotional video for the episode, set to air on Thursday, Manu Bhaker surprised Amitabh Bachchan by reciting a famous dialogue from his 2000 film Mohabbatein.
In the video, Manu, dressed in a saree, expressed her admiration for the film and sought Amitabh Bachchan's permission to recite his dialogue. She asked, “Maine aapka vo yaad kiya tha matlab bahut pehle jab maine picture dekhi thi. Toh mai bolu? (I remembered that about you a long time ago when I saw the film. Should I say it?)” Amitabh Bachchan, unaware of her intention, playfully responded, “Acchi baat hogi toh bol dijiyega. (If it’s a good thing, please say it).”
Manu then delivered the iconic dialogue: “Parampara, Pratishtha aur Anushasan, humare iss gurukul ke teen stambh hai. In teeno ke adhaar par hum tumhare aane wala kal bata sakte hai. (Tradition, Prestige, and Discipline are the three pillars of our institution. Based on these three, we can predict your future.)” Amitabh Bachchan responded proudly, “Ye humari film ka dialogue tha. (This was a dialogue from my film.)”
Impressed by Manu’s performance, a fan commented, “Voice bhi bahut acchi hai ❤️❤️❤️ (You have a nice voice).” Other fans speculated about her potential acting career. One inquired, “Madam, when are you making your debut in Bollywood?” Another fan asked, “Ab acting ki tayari hai kya? (Are you preparing for an acting debut?)”
At just 22 years old, Manu Bhaker made history by becoming the first Indian since Independence to win two medals in a single Olympic Games, achieving this remarkable feat at the Paris Olympics 2024.
